BVM team highlighted Bitcoin's limited utility beyond a store of value and introduced Bitcoin Heartbeat to address the gap in evaluating rollup solutions' effectiveness. The platform will provide 'liveness metrics' to assess the activity and performance of L2 and L3 rollups on the Bitcoin network. Additionally, BVM Studio, a new tool for simplified blockchain deployment, was introduced to make blockchain more accessible through a no-code solution. While not as customizable as fully custom-coded solutions, BVM Studio aims to enhance flexibility with continuous updates and new modules.
